1. Who this applies to
This Policy applies to independent artists and catalogs who create accounts, approved music supervisors and sync agents who use the supervisor desk, and visitors to public pages such as Home, About, and Contact.
2. Information we collect

- Subscription and billing status from PayPal.
- Optional Google account identifier if you use Google Sign-In.

- Track titles, audio files, artwork, mood, genre, tempo, and rights/ownership notes.
- Messages you send through in-app support.

3. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including curation and supervisor search.
- Process subscriptions and display plan status.
- Protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Respond to support requests and legal obligations.
4. How we share information
We share information only as needed to operate the Service, including with:
- PayPal — subscription billing.

- Cloudflare — Turnstile bot protection and, when configured, object storage (R2) for audio and images.
- Transactional email — password resets and account notices, when configured.
Approved music supervisors can search curated catalog metadata and audio you submitted for that purpose. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
5. Data retention
We retain account and catalog data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us; some logs may be retained as required by law.
6. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the tracks and rights information you submit, and for having permission to license the master and publishing. Your use of the Service is also subject to our Terms & conditions.

When you create an account or contact us, we use your email address to send transactional messages related to the Service, such as:
- Welcome and account confirmation messages
- Password reset and security notices

- Important service or policy updates when required
You can stop receiving account email by closing your account or contacting contact@synctunez.com. Security notices may still be sent when necessary to protect your account.
