SyncTunez
Terms & conditions
Last updated:
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“Customer”, “you”) and the operator of SyncTunez (“we”, “us”, “Service”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to this Agreement.
1. The Service
SyncTunez is a web-based music sync platform. Artists submit tracks for film, TV, ads, trailers, and games. Approved music supervisors search a curated catalog. Artists keep 100% of publishing and royalties; paid plans bill for discoverability. Features may change over time. SyncTunez does not guarantee placements.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for users you authorize.
- You must own or have permission to license the master and publishing for music you submit, including cleared samples.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through PayPal (or another processor we designate). Fees, track limits, and plan names are shown at signup and on the public plans section. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in PayPal or as we describe in the product. We may change prices for future billing periods with reasonable notice where required.
4. Third-party services
The Service may connect to third parties including PayPal, Google Sign-In, Cloudflare Turnstile, and object storage for audio. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, pricing, or data handling except as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Customer data and privacy
You retain ownership of music and metadata you submit. We process that data to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting a track authorizes SyncTunez to store it, curate it, and present it to approved music supervisors.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload music you cannot lawfully license.
- Use the Service for unlawful, harassing, or deceptive purposes.
- Attempt to bypass security, access others’ accounts, or overload our systems.
- Reverse engineer or resell the Service except as expressly permitted.
7. Intellectual property
We own the Service, software, branding, and documentation. This Agreement grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is in good standing. You retain your musical copyrights.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE PLACEMENTS, SUPERVISOR LISTENS, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of this Agreement, non-payment, or risk to the Service or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by nature should survive will survive.
11. Changes
We may update this Agreement by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
12. Contact
